Tehama Rural Area eXpress

Tehama Rural Area Express (TRAX), operates local, express, direct and paratransit services (ParaTRAX) throughout Tehama County. The TRAX service area includes the cities of Corning, Red Bluff, and Tehama, as well as the unincorporated communities along Highway 99E and Highway 99W, including Dairyville, El Camino, Gerber, Las Flores, Los Molinos, Los Robles, Proberta and Richfield.

Service Hours
6:00AM - 6:50PM, Monday - Friday. No weekend service.
News and Updates
The Final Draft of the Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan is scheduled to be adopted at the Transportation Commission meeting on Thursday April 23, 2015.
TRAX Feasibility Plan Grant Application: Feasibility Plan to connect TRAX with existing Redding & Chico transit providers & services.
The 'Google Trip Planner' has been updated to a more user friendly version.
Title VI Notice to Public is available in English and Spanish.

Effective December 30, 2013, the following routes were discontinued due to low ridership:
  • MC-1 Morning Commuter Route

  • Route 4 Regional - Corning to Los Molinos & Red Bluff

  • 3:00pm & 4:15pm Route 5 - City of Corning Downtown Area
